I tried to get a friend to join AgeNet. He took a while to read some threads and summarised the forum's members by these words which I've cut and pasted from his email.

....boring reactionary old farts who can't put together a case for anything they believe, although how they even manage to hold any opinions with so little manifest intellectual dexterity is a major problem for mankind to solve in the future. Enjoy the fools but I won't be joining you even to take the piss out of them. I'll see you for lunch on Sunday but don't bring any of those dolts along or you'll be footing the bill forever more. S.
