Ingredients:1 mango
1 peach
5tbsp orange juice
150ml yoghurt
2tsp runny honeyMethod:
Peel stone and chop nearly all the mango and the peach
but keep back two slices to decorate. Puree in a blender until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and blend. Served chilled decorated with sliced
mango. A delicious sweet for one person, double quantities for two.
Instead of yoghurt use crème-fraiche or Greek style. |
