Creamy Ice-cream

 

Ingredients:

1 litre custard
1 vanilla pod or vanilla essence
1 tin evaporated milk
1 tin condensed milk

Method:

Make custard flavoured with vanilla pod or essence, allow to get cold. Beat evaporated milk to double it’s bulk and add condensed milk and beat for a few minutes. Stir in cold custard. Freeze for half an hour, remove, beat again until creamy and return to freezer until firm. Delicious served on it’s own with a sprig of mint, or pies or stewed fruit.
