Ingredients:
100g soft margarine
100g caster sugar
2 eggs
100g self raising flour
1tsp baking powder
Method:
Place all ingredients into a bowl. Beat
with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes or with electric mixer for 1
minute. Grease and line two 7 in sandwich tins. Divide mixture
equally between the tins. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 150-160 degrees
C. When cooked, place on wire rack to cool. Sandwich
together with jam and cream and shake icing sugar on top. |
