1 lb Morello cherries
2 whole cloves
4 oz sugar
approx 11/2 pts, brandy
Stone 10 cherries, crack the stones and remove kernels.
In a large sealable jar - pack cherries and kernels.
Add cloves, sugar and brandy.
Seal tightly.
Let mature 12 weeks. Shake jar occasionally.
Pour brandy into clean bottles.
Seal tightly.
