Ingredients:
700g lamb's liver, thinly sliced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
Ground black pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
85 g butter
Method:
Cut each thin slice of liver in half. Mix all spices, pepper and lemon
juice in a large bowl to form a marinade. Put liver in the marinade
and leave to stand for an hour. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add
the liver in small batches and fry for 4-6 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve liver with mashed potatoes and choice of vegetables and finish
dish with hot juices from pan Gives liver a whole new taste.
