Ingredients:
Sausage meat (uncooked)
Mince (equal quantities of the meat)
Onion( chopped finely)
Garlic to taste
Sage and Onion Stuffing
Tomato sauce
Salt
Black pepper
1 Egg
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, it is best to use your hands. Form into
a loaf shape and put in a tin or pyrex dish larger than the meat loaf
because a lot of fat will come out.
Place in the oven medium heat and cook for 30 minutes. Remove excess
fat at this stage and cook for another 30-40 mins. Check to see if cooked
and if tasty(you can always add more salt or pepper) Serve with roast
potatoes, peas and carrots. Make a thick tasty gravy and pour over cooked
meat loaf and then enjoy.
