Pigs In Blankets

 

Ingredients:

Short crust or puff pastry (ideal for using those left over scraps)
I egg
8 sausages

Method:

Roll pastry and cut into strips. Brush with beaten egg and wrap around a sausage. Place on a baking tray and glaze with the rest of the egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C. Try bacon instead of sausages for a change. Children love cooking these.
