20 Ways to use lemons

 

1. We must all drink more water so always have a bottle of water with a slice of lemon cooling in the fridge. It makes ordinary tap water taste great
2. A piece of lemon peel in a jar of dried fruit will keep the fruit moist
3. Keep a lemon in your fruit bowl and your fruit will keep longer
4. To prevent sliced bananas going brown, squeeze lemon juice on them
5. Fill a net bag with lemon skins and run the hot water through them as you fill your bath. The lemon oil is good for your skin and the bath water will smell gorgeous
6. Grate lemon rind into your cake mixtures. They will stay moist longer and most people love a lemon taste
