TASTY TUNA PASTA

INGREDIENTS

Packet coloured pasta (not essential just prettier)
Tin tuna in brine
Small tin sweetcorn
2large spoons of frozen peas
1 large onion
Yellow pepper
Clove of garlic
Seasoning

METHOD

Cook pasta as instructed (add a dash of olive oil to prevent it sticking) Drain pasta and allow to cool. Add tuna, sweetcorn, chopped onion and pepper to pasta and stir well. Frozen peas chopped onion and garlic can be added to pasta while cooking if preferred.

If pasta is to be served hot, re-heat and serve piping hot with a salad, tomatoes and crusty rolls.

If pasta is to be cold add a good dollop of salad cream and another smaller dollop of mayonaise. Serve with a green salad and some crusty French bread. Always season to taste before serving. A Cheap Red Wine always goes well with pasta!
