Cheat’s Houmus

Ingredients:

400g can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 Garlic clove, peeled and crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
60ml olive oil
15ml sesame oil
Salt and pepper
A pinch cayenne pepper
Green and black olives, chopped
Warmed pitta bread

Method:

Put chick peas in a food processor with garlic and lemon juice. While the motor is running, add oils and seasonings. Process to a rough paste. Sprinkle with chopped olives and serve with pitta bread. (you will almost be able to feel that Mediterranean sunshine !!)
