Add lightly toasted chopped walnuts, lots of shredded
basil, some finely grated lemon rind, a squeeze of lemon juice and a
drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Add a little ground cinnamon and ginger, finely chopped dried apricots
and dates, a handful of sultanas and some orange segments.
Stir in finely diced cucumber and red pepper with
lots of freshly chopped coriander, some diced feta cheese and a handful
of small black olives.
Stir in finely chopped onion and garlic, fresh or tinned pineapple
chunks, cooked frozen peas and sultanas.
Add garlic, chopped chives, dried curry powder, sultanas
and chopped dates.
