Eve’s Pudding

Ingredients:

500 g cooking apples
Sugar
Half of a Victoria Sandwich mixture (see previous recipe)

Method:

Peel and slice apples, stew for a short time with 30 ml of water and sugar to sweeten.

Place in an ovenproof dish and cover with sponge mixture. Bake at 180 degrees
