New Love to Learn series

Family History
Highly respected publishers Pearson are launching a new range of online learning courses called Love to Learn. You’ve probably heard how online learning is becoming increasingly popular, especially among the over 55s. We know that older people are becoming more and more inclined to learn new skills. 75% of retirees see it as a time for learning something new.
The first course available in the Love to Learn series is one on family history - one of the most popular subjects identified as being of interest to older people. We know many of you would like to know the stories of your ancestors, but are often overwhelmed by the books, websites and documents you encounter. That’s why the Love to Learn online course in family history could be just the ticket for anyone who would like an expert hand to guide them and help them.
The first part of the course is available to try free of charge at http://www.lovetolearn.co.uk/. It would be good to hear your thoughts on the course and we hope you will find the experience something you would like to share with our other readers. You can contact us Here or use the free Age-Net forums to share your thoughts with other members.
Love to Learn is a range of online learning products developed by Pearson - the publishing company behind brands like Penguin, Dorling Kindersley and the Financial Times. The Love to Learn courses are being produced with educational experts. It would be good to know your opinion of how useful and informative you find the family history course.
