An automatic watering system is a simple, effective way of ensuring that your plants are watered regularly and efficiently, even when you are not there.

An automatic watering system is simple to set up. It needn't be complicated, and you can tailor it to suit your exact requirements. Automatic watering is not just for professionals - every gardener can benefit from it to ensure perfect results every time, even when they are away on holiday.

The system consists of a network of pipes that carry the water around the garden, with offshoot mini-pipes that take the water to your pots, beds, baskets & greenhouse. Tiny water outlets deliver the water directly to the plants, ensuring they receive the water they need with no wasted water.

To automate the system, you simply attach a Hozelock electronic timer to your outside tap, and connect your pipework system to the timer. You can then programme the timer to switch itself on and off to water whenever you want to.
